and I am still up! Why did i have to finish off that pizza? Why did i have to sleep in until 1 or 2 everyday? Now i'm in no mans land. It's late, i'm not tired and i have to get up early (naturally). Also, red dragon is one creepy movie that is a stockpile of really good actors, go watch it, just not before bed.

Why I hate the rubber boot fad

Today it rained. Generally i don't mind the rain but as of late I have began to hate it. It has nothing to do with rain as itself but with what people do when it rains. What i can't stand is when girls wear rubber boots as a fashion fad. I get it you are trying to be ironic with a hint of "look at me I'm quirky and fun" but seriously it looks stupid. My biggest issue with them stems from the fact that as i kid i wore rubber boots all the time but for a much different reason. See when i wore rubber boots it was because i was going to have to walk through some serious pits consisting of a mixture of mud and cow feces, with some goat feces sprinkled on top. The purpose of the boots was to make sure i don't lose my foot or other shoes i would be wearing in that situation(barring rubber boots didn't exist) in that pit. So unless you are doing something of that nature(and no walking through puddles while perusing the streets of eugene does not count) then don't wear rubber boots. Its getting up there with uggs as far as dumb things that won't go away. I believe kanye West said it best "is it just me or do them uggs got girls feet looking like sheepskin rugs?" (gettin it in, off an old jadakiss album). I used to have a sheepskin rug at my house(or maybe it was supposed to be a blanket) and i remeber it being the shittiest looking thing we had laying around. If i see a girl walking around with either rubber boots or uggs(i seriously feel dumber just by saying that word) i almost immediately lose interest. thank you fashion people for ruining rain and sheep.

One of the best?

just got through watching the epic, 6(probably never see that many again in my life especially not on ESPN) overtime, battle between Uconn and syracuse which 'cuse won 127-117, but something was missing. While the game was flat out awesome to watch with things like syracuse not leading in at all in 6 overtimes!! until the 6th overtime and a couple freshman and even a walk on players making key plays down the stretch(due to others fouling out) it just wasn't an instant top five game ever for me . It even had the semi-controversial buzzer beater in regulation that was recalled. The only thing it didn't have was a real buzzer beater to either a. win the game or b. send it to another overtime. Instead you just saw a bunch of very tired players playing on fumes and getting enough lucky bounces to win. The thing I truly think was missing(and the main reason I was basically rooting for 'cuse) was that I just didn't truly feel that Uconn wanted it more than anything in the world like I could tell 'cuse did, and that in itself is why I have so much trouble ever rooting for routinely good teams like Uconn. Its not that they don't care( you don't go 6 ots without some passion) but they just seemed like the loss was beneath them. Like they feel they should win every dame easy and because one wasn't they were more like "awwh man now I gotta work a little harder because this lesser team thinks they can hang with us. If we lose this it will make us look really bad." rather than the " Man this is one hell of a game! Both teams are equally deserving but I am never going to back down because I didn't work this hard just to go home to defeat." Its a bit long to the point but hopefully you get the idea.

what's good world

So one thing I think everyone wants to do in their life time is be able to be an ass and have no possible repercussions. It used to be that you would become a radio talk show host, so that if someone wants to kick your ass then at least you have back up from your fans. Then (a good 4 or 5 willeniums(ya its my blog i can reference whatever i want and use double parentheses) later) the internet was invented and that allowed people to create blogs (of course right after they got bored with all the porn on the internet and youtube so a solid 10 to 15 years later) which gave them to right to be cooler then they really are. shortly after that they made the comment section and stuff like twitter which made it possible to be a dick to people being dicks on the internet, and of course say "first" even if you are the 3rd or someone thinking they are clever and putting it like 73rd. All this has led to me making a blog. Enjoy or don't then comment and of course First!
